Defining the Project

Element Search begins the selection process by profiling the client, taking into account the organisational structure, corporate culture and expectations for the position. To achieve the optimum, it is necessary to fully understand the client’s expectations and the demands of the position, as well as highlighting specific areas of opportunity and the corporate ethos to the prospective new hire.

At the initial stage, identification is made of any possible challenges within the project; a search strategy is outlined and an overview role is established to convey key criteria for the candidate before we start to building a target list of candidates.
